Rob’s new personal project reimagines the lifespan of fresh goods through canning, a centuries old technique started during the Napoleonic Wars. Robert explains, ‘Something about the uniformity of cans and the surprise of what’s inside (especially those that have lost their labels in the back of the cupboards) has always intrigued me and informed this project’.
