Will Sanders is a photographer obsessed with colour. His work combines a playful curiosity with an exuberant abundance of colour to create a unique body of work. Whether candid moments or staged scenes, his work always evokes a sense of playfulness and spontaneity, interspersed with a tongue and cheek sense of humour.
Will has also self-published numerous books of his work, the most recent being ‘Full Colour’ (2017) with work shot across the world in locations including India, Morocco and Peru. Will’s work has been featured in numerous publications including The New York Times, BJP, It’s Nice That and The Independent.
Recent clients include Vespa, Cancer Research UK, Google, Boots, Dewar’s, Renault, Aer Lingus, Vodafone, Cadbury, Barclays, C&A., Provamel, TFL, The Guardian Weekend, Nylon and Esquire.
Will Sanders recently worked with the lovely team at Rose Design to produce a campaign image for the ENO (English National Opera). Will shot the campaign image for Mozart’s ‘The Marriage of Figaro’, a tale of adultery, mistaken identities and plot twists which is running March-April 2020.
Will Sanders was once again commissioned to shoot for Barclaycard with Droga5. Following on from The Crystal Barn, the next unusual business on the list was The Upside Down House in Bournemouth. Will shot the print campaign as well as moving content for digital.
Will Sanders was recently commissioned by The Guardian to shoot an editorial project at this year’s Crufts. Will got to spend a day at the Crufts (arguably the world’s most prestigious dog show) to get a real insight into what goes on behind closed doors. Read the full article here.
