ABOUT
Robert Billington is a food and drinks photographer and director based in London. Known for his bright and bold images, Robert largely shoots using flash to create a saturated and punchy body of work. Working with a talented team of home economists, drinks stylists and props stylists, Robert creates imagery which pushes the boundary between food and art. He is also one of the founders and in-house photographer at Pit Magazine, a journal for all things food and fire.
Recent clients include Sainsbury’s, Baileys, Harrods, Hellmann’s, Pernod Ricard, Future Noodles and Vogels to name a few.

Robert Billington was commissioned by Red Brick Road to create the first campaign for byAmazon, an own-brand grocery range from Amazon.
The campaign consists of smile-shaped food imitating the iconic Amazon smile and hero shots and was launched with a media take-over of Angel tube station. Big thanks to the food stylist Laurie Perry, and the whole team!

Their is little more iconic than Heinz ketchup and this latest campaign showcases all the weird and wonderful ketchup pairings, from ice cream to banana. Huge thanks to the team at Wieden & Kennedy, food stylist Katie Giovanni, and everyone else involved!
Robert Billington was commissioned once again by the team at Wieden & Kennedy to shoot the latest campaign for Sainsbury’s Taste The Difference.
Full of punchy vibrant summer colours, Robert photographed the latest seasonal offerings from the Taste The Difference range including lemon illusion desert and whipped feta salad. Big thanks to the huge team at W&K especially powerhouse Rashel Tashchian. Food styling from Katie Giovanni and props styling from Alexander Breeze.
